thanks, nope got it from a guy who is a welder and bender, so it was custom made, very solid, just too big for where i can keep my tank at the moment

 

R500?? ur price is what it'll cost new at sams

 

the metal stand is worth over R500 alone, sams charges R350+ for 1.2 tank and about R120 for the lid + R50 for wood base and R20 for foam base

= R1040

im adding 2 aquarium lights with two switches and petrol for delivery.

thats over R1400 worth of goods for R800

a fair price i think

 

Just called SAM's now and this is there official price:

R550 = 1.2m tank
R245 = lid
R145 = Wood base
R35 = Foam base
R145 = basic 1 tier metal stand

TOTAL = R1120

Hey pal, no offence but I honestly didn take into consideration I get items cheaper than general prices @ sams,1.2 tank 350,stand 225,canopy 50,wood free and foam free....those are my prices...if I include the balasts and globe @ 150 a set dats anuda 300..it comes to js over wat u want 2nd hand, henslce my comment, sorry

I wasn't commenting on price,it was an offer for R500 cash ..... He justified his price and I justofied my offer, its business dude....called barganing with justification
