How many ? - The wattage seems a little low.

You should have around 0.5 to 0.8 watts per litre for planted tanks. So, for your 100 litres, somewhere around 50 to 80 watts in total

Not as simple as a lumen rating. You need to work out LSI and/or PAR and this basically means how much light is actually reaching the bottom of your tank.

To give you a very general idea: a 28 watt T5 gives out 2700 lumens. So for your setup, you should be aiming around 5500 lumens or so.

Please note this is different for different types of lighting systems: IE: 400w Metal Halide pumps out 40000 lumens and a 20 w power compact does 1200 lumens....as you can see they are not same, even if they were both at the same wattage.
