(Please excuse the format, for some reason "ENTER" won't take the text to the next line)............I have just recently built my very first fish tank (1100x550x500) and I'm looking for some new plants to introduce to my new planted environment. I notice that aquatics shops don't really cater for a large variety for the most part or at least nit at the shops I go to. I have some stunning spider wood that I'd like to dress in moss. I'm also looking for some low growth grass type plants. Thanks. Donovan

    Hi.

You don't have to mix the aqua soil or floride substrate. They both can be kept on there own. Unless you like the look.

    Thanks Dash
I do like the look of it, mostly black flourite with some brown mixed in so it's mostly black with a few specs of colour here and there

    Ok cool.

You can put many kinds of plants in their as you have a very nice and rich substrate. You can go the liquid carbon root (seachem excel) or equivalent. Keep us posted.
