LED lighting

Can anyone tell me what the K rating would be on this item?

From the information supplied it is impossible to tell.
It should state on the packaging which isn't shown online.
The ones I used are slightly smaller, the housing isn't much bigger than the actual Led itself.
This one is physically larger.

 

Well i have decidedto try the normal tank light first. Juat purchased a 20 watt light and fitting thing. Will put it together tonight and see how it goes

 

I bought 1 of these yesterday, and works great so far for my 1foot. Light quality is clear

 

I bought 3 of those the other day. Will install them over my shrimp tanks. Already had one like these for 1year now. Only complaint, ...the standard cable is very short. But nothing a bit of DIY can't fix.

 

Strange that the front says cool white and the sides daylight...

 

You are 100% correct.
The ones I bought say 6400K Daylight on the front, back and side.
Also the Lumen 640 is not achieved via a sticker but part of the original packaging.

But when looking at the unit when it is on, one should be able to see the colour difference between 4000K and 6400/6500k.
