So its about time I started a thread for my latest tank.

Its a Juwel Lido 120 (120L) It has been running for about 3 weeks now and I am slowly starting to add fish after using 2 bottles of Seachem Stability and 3 female platys to help cycle. I added some mature ceramic noodles from my canister last week to up the bacteria as well.

I am running the stock filter with all the original media except for the carbon sponge. I will be adding some Purigen soon. For subtrate I have 2 bags of Seachem Flourite dark, I am dosing every day with Seachem Flourish Excel and 3 times a week with Seachem Flourish Complete, for lighting I am using the stock dual T5 ballast with one hi-lite day and one hi-lite nature both fitted with reflectors.

The current stock is 3 female platys, 3 panda corys (will be adding more as soon as I find some) and some platy fry as the one female was pregnant when I got her. I am planning on a South American tank with a pair of bolivian rams some more corys and some tetras (still deciding between a school of neons or black skirts)

I am useless when it comes to plant names so you will just have to look through the pics. There is one piece of driftwood (I plan on adding more) I have purchased some rocks today which I will be adding tomorrow. I am just waiting for the plants to settle some more and I will play around with the scape. This is my first proper planted tank so any advice is welcome

Looks good. In time those rocks will turn brown giving it a natural look.
