Nice marsman .. you might want to rethink the plants...

Java Fern and Anubia should probably not be planted in the substrate - think they will die where they are now, move them onto some slate or the drift wood.
    The vallis should be OK
The plant that looks like dwarf rush - I am not sure that it is actual aquatic

That seems like allot of fish - have you considered compatibility (fish and plants) and the size they will get?

I really like the scape ..

Hi Ferdie the Java Ferns does grow in the substrate as long as you don't bury the risome
They don't need to be tied to something
The Anubias are also making new leaves
The other plant(Dwarf rush)or whatever was bought from a LFS so I will keep an eye on it
The Vallis is the one suffering
I do regular water changes and got the Sera Aqua Test Box
Everything has been running fine for a long time
The milomo's even had fry which I am nursing in another tank
    Thx for the advice

"The Vallis is the one suffering" - try moving it away from the bubble curtain. Glad that the others are growing fine - this is what I like about this hobby - you need to find what works for you and your fish.
