This is when I started be added a lot more fish to this set up

 

Very colourful! I would be wary of adding more fish. Most of those fish get quite big.

 

Ok how many would you think is enought the tank is 1200l I'm not sure how many should I have

 

Very hard to say. 1200 liters is nice and big, but filtration and maintenance probably play a more important role than water volume per se. The species of fish also determine stocking level. The Mbuna cichlids that you have are often kept in overstocked conditions, to dissipate aggression. This requires a diligent maintenance routine and careful management. Other species cannot be kept in such a system.

To advise correctly in your case, you'd need to list what you have, including filtration and feeding maintenance.

 

The tank is 2.4m ×600×800 I have 2 internal sump on both sides the filtration seems good I have mostly mbuna one pleco and 3 blood parrots and I test my ph nitrite and amonia every week I do 20% water changes every other week

 

I can't advise regarding the blood parrots... Don't know anything about them. How many Mbuna do you have?

 

Between 40 and 50 some are medium size the rest are really small

 

I count 33 in the bottom pic? I'd say about 20-25 at the most. It does depend on the species though. Some stay smaller and are less aggressive.
