Planted Nano

    I had this emty Nano ( std 1ft ), to much PFP and Chemicult, Pool Filter Sand and a few plants left that wasn't planted in the Jebo.

    He he - like the look of it.... Can I just suggest that you add another inch or so of PFS in there to cap the PFP/Chemicult a bit better - at the current depth you might get a bit of leaching of the Chemicult into the water column that will play havoc with your water parameters....

    @azurekoi I will make the depth of the PFS a bit deeper. Cause the water already started to become a bit brown.... in the Jebo aswell.

    Plan of Action (PVA) wash PFS (eina my rug) and some water changes.

    Trail and error, only way to learn.

    nice little tank Rickus, i have one the same size, but dont know what light to use, what light are you using??? and how have you suspended it above the tank, those aquarium clip on flourescent lights for the small tanks is a bit expensive for me, so looking for a cheaper option.

    If I remember correctly this is the CFL I bought @ Pick & Pay +/- R 50
    And I used a old desk lamp I had.
    PS: This tank is about 2 days old. Will see if the light is good enough.
    Will update regularly.
