Dankie @ROEKSTE and @MariaS. They're a very pretty and peaceful pair of fish.

That's one stunning specimen broder, what size tank are they in? Are they the only fish in there?

@ROEKSTE, nope, they haven't spawned again since the the first time.
Thanks @2time. They're in a 650 liter tank with various tetras, 2 EBJD, 3 plecos, bgk, couple of SAE and some invisible fish that I never see

That's a nice list broder. Ive had one before i went to marines, and wouldn't mind getting one or a pair again. I've had the green variety.

Just went to page 2 to see how the fish have changed in 7 months. I see that the first and last spawn was around that time. Why would that happen? That they spawn once whilst juveniles or young adults at best, then never again? Or is 7 months an acceptable timeout on "rations"?

Your fish is more than big enough to start breeding properly. What u can do is to remove the fm to conditioning tank where the male and female cant see each other. Condition them both heavely for a month or so and put them together again with a large w/c a day later and see what happens.

Thanks @ROEKSTE. Yeah, quite keen to breed these correctly as they should be easy enough to sell. What size tank should I use for this? They can hide easily in the tank that they're in now, so should I give them hiding places in the breeding tank? Or will they get used to just a glass box?

Maybe add her to the Dantum tank if you have space in it?

Thinking of knocking that whole 1.2 m tank down to just a breeding box anyway. The Dantum Angels will surely chow the Severum eggs and fry, no?
