I always use 1g of DARO AQUARIUM salt for every 1L of new water water. I do this at every water change. I believe that it balances the fish metabolisim and is great for fluid and electrolyte balance in the fish's system. I have always used salt and never had any problems. I remember somebody saying to me that it also prevents the Nitrate's from building up in the tank.

I wouldn't put in salt over a long period of time, rather use it when your fish are sick with ick or another parasite and add a bit more after each water change. After the parasite is gone you can do weekly water changes without adding salt to slowly remove it from your tank.

Ja , i guess the fish might get use to the salt and when you add clean water without salt it might be a shock, so i skip my salt sometimes

Don't add anymore salt unless the fish are sick. Salt helps fish to regulate nutrients in the body and cell size. Adding salt when fish are sick helps them to take in useful nutrients while getting rid of the bad ones by process of osmosis.

Adding too much salt can cause salinity to increase, killing fish.
Livebearers do like a bit of salt in their water, whilst other fish can be harmed. If you added the salt, that's fine. But it is not necessary to add anymore if the fish are healthy.

Mollies can slowly be acclimatised to that of a marine tank.

Typically a light salt user, maybe on some under flavored grilled fish but on tank - nope.
