    How about running a separate competition just for fun this month for the guys with the cichlid tanks. Would really be interesting to see their tanks and also give them the opportunity to compete.

    not just that but lets not forget that discus angels rams and apisto's all count as cichlid but are all plant friendly so we would be back to square one. @cheeta I may enter my tank next month as it is currently under reconstruction ;)
