Looks very nice, I like it.
Not sure if neons would like a tank with a crushed coral substrate and what looks like limestone or dolomite, as this will raise the hardness.
What direction is the window facing?
If you can get some vallis for the left back side, it would make a nice background.

Thanks its only crushed coral nothing else.
Its a east facing window but due to the way the building is build it does not get direct sunlight but a nice amount of reflected light.

Looks like i have been sabotaged Came in this morning and tank was cloudy and had a strong Minty smell, exact same smell as the soap that is used in the kitchen here :( FIsh all alive took out some water will do a WC tomorrow as there is no buckets here and no declorinator gone get the tapes reviewed to see who done what

U can see the difference here

Your guppy ratio should be Atleast 3 females to one male or they going to fight over the females. And I would not recommend a betta with guppies. But other wise tank looking good :)
