    Hi

    I am looking for the following fish in the Western cape. Maybe someone can help.

    German blue baloon rams. 3 Pairs or atleast 2 males and 4 females
    Golden rams (normal not baloon). 3 Pairs or atleast 2 males and 4 females
    Whiptails - any specie
    Red rainbows. 3 pairs

    BALOON RAMS?! what on earth for? They are a man made genetic mutation. The fish suffers and only loves for half their normal lifespan!

    So far as I know they are not mutations. Supose to be hardier than the "normal" rams. Will try and found the website and post a link.

    I agree with you Henk! Why on earth support this man-made abnormalities? This only encourage the trade in them!

    If they are "mutations" they still look better than other mutants as in parrots. They are a lot more lively in my tank than my other rams and way more robust. I try to steer away from crossbreeds as well, but they are awesome.

    They have major liver and swimbladder issues as they get older. Please do not support this barbaric breeding.
