We got a shipment of reference standards in that needed to be kept below freezing, so the box was filled with dry ice packs. Had a bit of fun disposing of the dry ice.

I am on leave for the whole of next week. Nice to have a break. Not doing anything, my leave days balance is approaching 30 days and once it reaches that I lose any additional leave so I need to bring it down

Very nice. Enjoy the time off

I find though that if I am on leave, just at home, the Mrs finds a whole bunch of chores for me to do

Indeed. What lovely goal. That positioning was unreal, it's almost impossible to comprehend how he just ended up there.

Pity about the result - such is sport. :(
But manager brought Graelish on way too late.
And why ask Sakka to take a penalty? He never does for his club.
    As for Rashford's attempt.......

Rashford did not make an attempt. That was a pure joke. Sakka should have not taken that shot but sterling should have

Rashford tried to get clever, and just messed it up completely.

For a guy who's only ballcontact in the game itself had been with is hands (throw in) I don't think it is strange he missed.
Really didn't get it three (young) substitutes (2 came in in the last minute) had to take penalties.

Thought especially Trippier, Rice and Phillips played a great game. Sterling does irritate me every single game (Bad case of falling disease). He and Kane were pretty invisible in the second half.

We’re at my father in law’s farm on the border of Namibia. I love my early morning sunrise drives while the hubby and son are sleeping in. This morning -2C at sunrise 7h30
