I think snails and the like are more nutritional in the long run, but @Kiaan26 told me the blossoms are good to fatten them up, especially ours that are currently so smol. Try using bloodlines to get yours to start eating

As long as the khulis don’t feel threatened by any aggressive / obviously bigger fish in the tank they should be out quite a lot. I feed in the morning so my khulis know to come and get it or loose it
In the 1,5m they swarm to a sinking wafer competing with adult corys no problem! Braveheart in the jungle tank is big and fat and does whatever he wants to, living the good life and I see him all the time.
But I have 5 really really small ones in quarantine with quite big diamond tetra and they try their best to hide.

That is purely up to you. You could always wait and see how active your three Kuhli loaches are. In my experience the more you have the more active they are. Also they are nocturnal and don't add a lot of bio-load to the tank.

If you have lots of hiding spaces, they will settle down quickly and come out now and then when they get more confident.
