And power was back on at the house for 30 minutes before loadshedding started after nearly 36 hours. I will probably only bring them home after a day or two just to be sure that they fixed the fault properly.

Bad news did a check on all my tanks at home and found 20 of neo shrimp dead and a pearl gourami. My sister gave up on having fish as she doesn't want to pay for running a tank and feeding it.

So I have now got my pleco breeding tank back and a new pea puffer.

So after all the bad that happened in July and the first week of August at least someone got something good from it. Chungus now has the whole 3ft tank to himself. He seems to appreciate the extra room. He swims from one hiding spot to another and likes exploring the new scape. Now I play where's the puffer when I see the tank.

So I haven't give and update on Chungus for a while. Recently he hasn't has much of an appetite and I started to get worried. Turns out he is a she. And she found a place to make a little cave and laid eggs I think. Also the water is cloudy as I'm treating it with no planaria.

Now I have a tough decision to make. To try get a male for he to try breed with or to move her to a 2ft with fine sand for her to Bury herself in and try breed betta channoides in there.

    Update
Chungus explored the 3ft for a week then found one spot and didn't move from underneath it so now I divided and rescape her side of the tank.

And on the other side I setup a breeding area for my culled endlers and an experiment to try breed neon tetras in a breeder net. The eggs will hopefully fall through the net.
