tiger barbs

    Hi all.

    I am new to tiger barbs. what I understand is that the males have a red snout and a redstripe on the dorsal fin. I bought five from the petshop all looking like females but see that there is one barb chasing the others. what is the chances that this is a male??

    Careful with tiger barbs, I experienced a lot of plant eating and fish fighting with these guys, which makes me think that chasing eachother has nothing to do with the gender..
