Ok was there now, you should hurry haha, they got new shipment in yesterday, plants I've never seen before and there's vallis. The only black sand there was is volcanic black. I got a lotus lily yay.

 

Oh cool. Maybe I'll pop in, I can start vallis in flourite until I get sand and root tabs

I got some corkscrew vallis
I passed on the lotus, maybe I'll get some later on. I missed the nice bichirs though, they only had albinos left.

They have a motoro ray there ATM. Plus a load of discus.

 

I won't touch pet shop discus with a stick haha.

Went to check the ray out and now I'm depressed. Shame, the tank isn't even 100L and his disc is damaged from all the other dither crap in the tank, he's floating at the surface dodging the bites continuously. I give him till the end of the week if he lasts that long. If I had the money I would have rescued him. They must get there act together, really...

Maybe after the loss of this one they won't bring them in anymore.

You can't stock like that. Planted scapes are nice but it has it's place, holding tanks are not one of them.
