hi there guys so amongst all the stress with work and college i decided i needed a change in my bettas small tank so at around 10pm the other night i decided to rescape and this is the result. ive removed the large rock feature and ive now got a tree instead. im going to try cover it with anubis and iv also got, HM , Ludwigia and hairgrass. ive also added some crypts for abit of a change. hope you guys like. in a few months i think this tanks gona look great!im thinking of adding another ground cover like hc to the front area around the rocks, i think its going to look quite pretty when its done.

Looks really cool. Have you thought of grouping the HM at the back left to form a bush? That way you free up some more space for a HC carpet. That tree would look great covered with anubias or some moss.

ive actually got ludwigia in the back corner and around the back of the tree. i'll be keeping the Hm well trimmed so it doesnt get too high and block the ludwigia in the background. the anubias is going to take awhile to cover the tree but im contenet to wait a while i like the effect of them with the roots hanging down, they remind me abit of the mangrove trees and figs with the buttress roots.
