    Now that is a difficult question because it varies so much....generally speaking, mine have all laid eggs within a week or two of moving them (assuming of course they really are a pair). Be prepared though....they will probably eat their eggs unless you remove them and artificially hatch them yourself. I've left mine to eat their eggs and after about 3-4 'failed to hatch' episodes, they are now raising their own fry. My other pair never ate their eggs (much to my surprise :p) from day one....

    If they are fighting and the two are sticking together and 'picking' on the third one, now would be a good time :)
