I have had stunning plants in my tanks, my Anubias even flowered
But when the rays started getting bigger and decided these plants are a comfortable mattress.... sure you can imagine

We have the pup tank set up and I don't want to take it down only to have to rush and setup again should any of the ladies have pups
Want to keep the tank running to keep it cycled and mature with a few fish and some plants as, even if I put new born pups there for couple weeks they wont damage the plants

 

With the care you take of your tanks I'm sure you would do a beautiful planted tank

 

Out of interest - while dismantling a 2ft tank to rescape it.

About 320 shrimp that were caught out of the tank.
The shrimp were all culls from a Red Sakura tank.
There were German Rams, Threadfin Rainbows and Kubotai Rasbora in the tank with them, yet their population just exploded.

Oh yes anyone looking at buying the neon dwarf rainbows and rams they are stunning. If I had the place I would of bought them in a heart beat.

 

The German Rams have decided to lay eggs...
With them being a viable breeding pair, I think the price should go up by 500%.
Anyone agree?



I am busy dismantling the tank, and therefore it is in bad shape.
Now they decide it is the time to take over the tank for themselves.

 

Perhaps you should then keep the pair and tank as is

Perhaps Monday things may be different.

The tank is being dismantled as I need to install a rack breeding system, and this tank will take pride of place right at the bottom as a grow out tank for fry.

 

Why not keep and breed them?. They are beautiful.
