Thanks for that link carl p ... would I be able to get the silicone hosing for my tank to fit Via Aqua 230 fittings??

To everyone else who has been following this thread. I put in the order with commodity, they were happy to help direct from the US.

I ended up getting the package sent express from the US for about P350 (R395) being impatient to get my tank going!

It all arrived yesterday, after only 6 odd working days. Got spare 'taps' , connectors and all sorts of goodies to last me a long long time. Spent P621 ( R675) in total plus 70 odd bucks VAT at the post and everything is 100% )))

So if any of you are in my position and you are prepared to spend a little , get hold of commodity axis and you will be sorted. I think its well worth it considering the price of a new pump.
