What to give my fry when I go away!

    Hi,

    What do I give my Fry to eat while I'm gone? Can they also eat off blocks or do they need something special? I'm going away for 4 days and no one is at home?

    Please help!

    grow algae on rocks, slate and feed.
    Also try those holiday blocks

    Ahahaha!! :) They're too small. They were born yesterday and I'm going away on Saturday. But thanks for the "offer".

    The feeding block should be fine.
    Or you can use spirulina tablets that you can buy from any pharmacy or large shopping outlet.
    I would however use spirulina.
    8 Tablets should do and it will not foul your water.

    Is it fine if I take two small feeding blocks and put one in the Fry Net and one on the bottom of the tank(for the adults). Or should I just put one for the whole tank? Will that get through the net?

    Perfect.It will do.
    Anyway it is only for 4 days.
    Just "rub" the block in the fry's net a little bit about an hour after you've put it in the water.
