    Thats what i was going for,ideally i would love to have large rocks forming the backbone of the scape intertwined with some driftwood and then minimal splashes of plantings but its not easy finding the right kinds of rocks nevermind stressing bout the weight of them.

    added some rummynoses to the tank,learned a valuable lesson not to quarantine them in a scaped tank, impossible to catch and they play dead when cornered.

    severely p!$$d,got home yesterday to find my apisto population decimated 4 dead 1 missing,just 1 left,1 ancistrus dead.i swear i'm never buying another rummynose so long as i live.

    thanks,i guess i learned 2 weeks isnt long enough to quarantine and should start treating new fish as well.

    Sorry man! I also learned that lesson the hard way. I now quarantine for 4 weeks minimum. What disease did they bring in?

    i wish i knew,they were fine when i left in the morning,dead as door nails when i got back look like they had been dead for a while when i know werent.all the other fish seem fine.

    Hi Oscar , I see that pair of fish in previous pics look like Threadfin Acara. I have one and he has eaten all the neons i put in this week.....

    had a bit of a scare,had no lights since sunday morning and was worried my fish would freeze to death with the temps dropping to 19 degrees,so far all thats missing is one rummynose.
