    ok so there you have it OP, if you can't find Altum, then go for Dantum, they look rather similar from the looks of it :p

    But they are nowhere as regal as Altums.

    They are much more elegant than the normal ones,they swim as if they own the tank!

    My dantums have spawned for me twice, and they're still relatively small. Apart from altums, they're the most amazing angels I've ever seen.

    somehow the look of the albino's don't strike me off, perhaps because I have developed to become more of a Biotope guy than just a pretty tank guy. But ya I love my Angels I got from Charles, they are probably the closest to wild type that I can get my hands on.

    @jabula7749 I am also not a big fan of any albino creature but my those are beautiful well done. @ Ray Port Elisabeth I am glad you resurrected my old thread it has show me how much knolage I have gained since then and I am glad you have learnt from it too. If you search on YouTube there are number of videos that pertain to Altums, have a look.

    I recently obtained some from jabula-7749 he is working on his next batch of fry so I'm sure he may be able to help you in a few months time. I must say I was and still am impressed with the quality of his fish

    Ok people .... so now I would like to throw a stone into the works ... I am getting some tank bred F1\F2 Altums within the next 2 months from a very realiable breeder in Europe. They are currently about 10 cm tall.R980 each(Depends on the Rand) Anybody want in ??? I am not that good with shipping in the country so anybody that want to drive to PTA ... we can make a plan. Will try to get some pic's from him.
