    was a good game IMO - teams were a little too defensive minded but then again it was the Semis
    both had at least 2 chances to score

    Van Gaal has definitely Convinced me he is a great replacement for Sir Alex :)

    Have to play attacking football at the knock-out stages.
    If you are defenisive and it comes down to penalties, and then you go out. No room to complain really.

    Did Germany peak 1 match to early??
    No European team has ever won in South America.

    Agree 100%. Too defensive, but so were the Argentines. No one ever beated the Brasilians with 1-7, but then there is that day.
